Gold and Green for Tis The Season

It's time for another challenge at 'Tis The Season and this time we have a color challenge for you! The colors are Very Vanilla, Pistachio Pudding and Gold.

Now I admit, these colors gave me pause and I wasn't sure what I was going to do. I grabbed the Bright Hopes set and things just came together from there!

I stamped the tree image in Pistachio Pudding on a Nestabilities Lacey Circle. I then placed the circle on a Pistachio Pudding piece that had been embossed with the Pretty Print TIEF.. This piece was then adhered to a Very Vanilla base.

The gold really had me stumped. After staring at my Gold Glitter paper for a while I pushed it aside and decided to use some gold elastic cord and wrapped it around the cord to separate the top of the card from the area I stamped the sentiment on. The sentiment was stamped in Pistachio Pudding also.

You may have noticed I didn't do the optional trimming of stencils....I don't have any, I haven't jumped on that craze!

Come by the 'Tis The Season and play along with us, we'd love to see how you use these colors!
