I kept it pretty simple, letting the rainbow colored paper from the Watercolor Wonder DSP speak for itself. I made a banner out of Whisper White, backed with Island Indigo, and stamped an image from the set For The Birds. I added some Island Indigo ribbon and retired rhinestones to complete it.
