Pink Christmas

I had some free time after watching my football game (Go NY Giants!!) to make another card and so I combined the current challenges at the Jingle Belles Blog and Freshly Made Sketches.

Since its October and Breast Cancer Awareness Month Stef and Lauren over at JB want us to make some Christmas cards with pink in it. Doesn't how much pink you use, the card just has to have pink somewhere. The best thing about making a card for this challenge? They will donate 4.00 for each card linked up and the money goes to the Susan G Komen Fund! Breast cancer has affected loved ones in my life so seeing people step up to help find a cure really makes me happy!

For the sketch I didn't make it a square card but other than that I followed all the elements given to us, although it took me a bit to decide which stamp set to use. I finally decided on the little girl Christmas image from 'Greeting Card Kids'.

When it came to the pink I went bold and bright, using Melon Mambo.

Thanks for stopping by and make sure you go check out these 2 great challenge blogs!
