Sketchy Snowfall

Today's card was inspired by 2 challenges....Jingle Belles and Merry Monday.

The current challenge over at the Jingle Belles blog is to make a project that celebrates snow. No problem for me because I LOVE LOVE LOVE snow...heck, that's why I moved to Alaska and we even got our first dusting of snow this past weekend! I used my Polar Party stamp set and did my favorite thing to get the look of snow falling...I ran my image panel through my Cuttlebug with the Swiss Dots embossing folder. I just love how that looks! I also added glitter to all the raised dots but its hard to see in the picture.

The sketch is last weeks challenge from Merry Monday. Because of my crazy schedule lately I wasn't able to play along last week but wanted to make a card with this sketch.

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Your card Lisa is sooo adorable! I love the trio of Christmas trees and the penquin is the cutest and it looks like he is having a blast in the snow. Great job on the sketch too.

  3. A tiny bit jealous that you've already seen a few flakes ... although Autumn is my favorite season & it's in full glory right now ... so glad you dashed through the snow with us at jingle belles.
