This week our challenge is brought to us by Kasey and sad to say, this is her last challenge as a Friday Mashup design team member. She is moving on and we're all going to miss her. She definitely challenged me at times and got me to think out of the box, so thank you Kasey, its been a pleasure working with you!
This week Kasey wants us to use a decorative edge on our project, use ribbon OR mash it up and use both decorative edges and ribbon. I went ahead and mashed it up...my decorative edges are in the middle of the card though so hopefully that still counts!
Make sure you head over to The Friday Mashup to check out the rest of the inspiration from the design team and then play along with us, we'd love to see what you come up with!
- Make a project " with a Decorative Edge! "
- Or Make a project with " Ribbon and or a Bow. "
- Or "Mash it Up" and create a project " with a Decorative Edge & Ribbon ".
Supplies used(all supplies SU unless otherwise noted):

Hey Lisa, thank you so much for your sweet goodbye. I've had a ball challenging you! Had some laughs at your comments and generally will miss your no nonsense approach to life. I'll still be around online so we will get to catch up now and then.
ReplyDeleteYes your edges in the middle count. Hmmm sounds like a song title!
Cheers,

Such a pretty card! I like your scallops and your DSP. Sorry I didn't get to play last week. I wanted to but life got busy, and I didn't get around to it. My husband is one of the wounded warriors, and I had planned to give him the card. Maybe I'll make one and put it on this weeks post.
ReplyDeleteI love your horizonal panels! It looks just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty card, I love the papers you used. The three layers of edges are fantastic.
ReplyDeleteLisa this came out so pretty..I really like that pattern paper you used along the bottom.
