Pearly Celebration with Friday Mashup!

Wow, am I glad its Friday, for several reasons! My kids have been on Spring Break this week and they have worn me out! Between them and working during the day I haven't touched a stamp all week, other than to get going for our Friday Mashup celebration. And why are we celebrating? Because its our 50th challenge! Time sure flies when you are having fun! To make our 50th even better every DT member is giving away some blog candy. All you have to do to get a chance at winning is enter the 50th challenge over at The Friday Mashup, and then leave a comment on each design team members blog. You can only win once and unfortunately we have to limit winners to US and Canada only. Also, make sure you read the challenge guidelines when playing along with The Friday Mashup to make sure your card can be eligible.

So whats the challenge? Heidi has a great one this week to get us in the party mood....she is giving us a fantastic sketch to pair up with the faux Mother of Pearl Technique. I have to admit, I had never tried this technique before and I really enjoyed it. Using the Frost White Shimmer Paint from SU makes it super easy. If you need a tutorial check out this one over at Splitcoaststampers and again, just substitute the paint they mention with SU Shimmer Paint.

Here are the Design Team Members, make sure to leave a comment on everyones blog, plus play along with the challenge, to have a chance at some great blog candy!
