Nature Christmas with Merry Monday

It's Monday and that means another challenge from Merry Monday! Lesley has another great CAS sketch this week with wonedrful clean lines. I ended up making 2 different cards for this challenge because the first card was great in my head but when I got it on paper I thought it took a little too much liberty with the sketch, so I did a 2nd card so I could follow the design more closely. I really like how both cards came out though!
The first card I made:

  1. oh both of your cards are so pretty. I think I like the second better - only because it has a snowman! :-) Though I do like the sparkle on that beautiful tree!

  2. Love both of your cards for this week's Merry Monday Challenge! Great stamped images & designer papers! :)

  3. I like both your cards, but my favorite is the first one. I love the DSP and the sparkles on your tree. Lovely!

  4. Oh Lisa I love what you did with both cards and I think either of them would of been okay for the challenge as each sketch is usually open to interpretation!

  5. Both cards are great, love the papers you used.

  6. Also love both but think the second has the edge for me. Don't know why but just more drawn to it ... Maybe it's those tree trunks feeling dimensional.Catherine x

  7. I love both of these Christmas cards. In fact, if I had to choose a favorite, I'd have a hard time.

  8. Two very pretty cards. Love your colors.

  9. I love 'em both Lisa! The little snowman in the forest is stinkin' cute!
