A Little Spring While It Snows

I played along with this weeks The Paper Players challenge, which comes from Jaydee. She wants us to make a project with a spring theme. I looked outside at the snow currently falling, my yard buried in over 3ft of the white stuff and thought aw heck, why not :)) I am a winter girl who loves her snow but I can also stop and appreciate the beauty that spring brings!

I didnt get to play in time but for this card I did use the sketch that Rita provided last week on Freshly Made Sketches. I love nice clean lines such as the ones this sketch has!

 Snowing at my place today!

Stamps: Branch Out
Paper: Crumb Cake, Pear Pizzazz, Naturals White, Springtime Vintage DSP
Ink: Early Espresso, Poppy Parade, Basic Black, Pear Pizzazz

  2. Oh I love your card and the tree with the tire swing. Are the leaves stamped or is that some kind of ink misting?
Thanks for playing along with us The Paper Players!

  4. Great card. I love that tree stamp. I am not sure I have seen it before, need to research it. The tire swing is a great touch and I love the punch of color with the bird house.

  7. Lisa, your card made me regret donating this stamp set to Ronald McDonald house! I love the crisp, clean, spring colors. The whole card really did evoke Spring for me. So glad you joined us again this week
