Heart Full of Thanks

I wont have any stamping time until Thursday so I used my time today to make a card for 2 challenges, Dynamic Duos and The Paper Players.

For Dynamic Duos the 2 colors to use are Real Red and Basic Black with a dessert option of Valentine theme, and the sketch is this weeks Paper Players challenge. I used retired sets for my card and even though it says "heart full of thanks" I think it could still work for a Valentines Day card, don't you?

Supplies used(all supplies SU unless otherwise noted):
Stamps: Valentine Defined, Lighthearted
Paper: Real Red, Basic Black, Whisper White
Ink: Real Red, Basic Black
Accessories: Big Shot, Square Lattice EF

  1. Cute! I haven't seen that heart tree stamp before! It makes a wonderful valentine. Glad to have you join us at Dynamic Duos this week :o)

  2. Love the texture background and the heart tree.

  3. I love this tree, Lisa and it's so pretty against the red embossing! Definitely says Valentine to me!

  4. Lisa, the embossed background really does make the tree pop. What a great way to combine the two challenges. You used just the right amount of black to make everything pop - and I love the banner sentiment. So glad you joined my challenge at the Paper Players this week and shared this fabulous card with us

  5. that tree of hearts is soooo cute...Thanks so much for joining us on the Dynamic Duos.

  6. Fabulous two toned tree of hearts! Love the way the red pops against the black and the bold sentiment is so much fun! Thank you for joining us at The Paper Players!

  7. I really love that heart tree stamp, Lisa, and it works great with the bold color combo. Thanks for sharing your creation with The Paper Players!

Thanks so much for stopping by and leaving a comment, its always appreciated!
