Christmas Collage

Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE LOVE LOVE Christmas and that I love to make Christmas cards. A recent visitor to my site, Paige, told me about a challenge blog she frequents called Jingle Belles and as soon as I checked it out I knew I had to jump into a challenge.

This weeks challenge is "No red, she said" and that means.....make a Christmas card with absolutely no red at all! I knew instantly what stamp I wanted to use and what I was going to do.

I grabbed my Christmas Collage stamp and inked it up with Night of Navy on some Whisper White cardstock. I then took a blender pen and an Old Olive watercolor crayon and colored in the holly leaves on the card. The sentiment was stamped in Night of Navy, cut out and popped up with dimensionals.

I really like the way this card came out and I think I'm going to make 10 more for the month of March for the Christmas card challenge over at Splitcoast.

As always, thanks for looking!
