Butterflies

Well, I havent been as productive as I was last week but thats ok. Autumn is in full swing here in Alaska and I like to be out enjoying it while it lasts, so then my stamps sit idle in my craft space.

I did get this card made for this weeks sketch challenge over at Splitcoast and also for this weeks Color Throwdown. I'm not a pink person but I love this color combo!

I used the set Flight of the Butterfly and my card base is Basic Gray. I used Basic Gray DSP from SU and PP from S.E.I. and layered that on Rich Razzleberry. The paper from S.E.I. was perfect for Pink Pirouette! The sentiment was stamped on Whisper White and again layered with some Rich Razzleberry. The oval was cut on Whisper White using Nestabilities and I sponged the edges with Rich Razzleberry.

The butterflies are stamped with Basic Gray and Rich Razzleberry and then I coated them with Crystal Effects to have them stand out a bit more, even though its hard to see that in the photo. I then used dimensionals to pop the butterflies up.
Supplies used(all supplies SU unless otherwise noted):
Stamps-Flight of the Butterfly
Paper-Basic Gray, Rich Razzleberry, Whisper White, Basic Gray DSP, Jolie Chocolat PP by S.E.I.
Ink- Basic Gray, Rich Razzleberry
Accessories- Crystal Effects, Dimensionals, sponge, Oval Nestabilities
