I Love Autumn!

The leaves of the birch and aspens here are turning a gorgeous yellow, letting Alaskans know that fall is here, if only a few weeks. Autumn is my 2nd favorite season(winter is #1!) and I am so excited to see the landscape changing around me. When I saw the Clean and Simple Challenge over at Splitcoast this week I knew I wanted to make a fall card.

The image is stamped on Whisper White, cut into 4 squares and then mounted on some Ruby Red cardstock. The base for the card is Kraft. Using Versamark I stamped falling leaves as a background image on the Kraft, and the sentiment(inside and out) was stamped in Ruby Red. I took some red hemp twine and tied that around the card.

To give the card a little something extra I added orange stickles to the pumpkins.

Supplies used(all supplies SU unless otherwise noted):
Stamps- Thoroughly Thankful
Paper-Kraft, Ruby Red, Whisper White
Ink- Black StazOn, Ruby Red, Versamark
Accessories- SU markers and watercolor crayons, Stickles, Red hemp twine
