Playing Catch Up

It's time for me to catch up on the Power Poppy challenges I missed when I couldn't get into my craft room! This card covers 2 challenges....the sketch challenge from May 28th and the Do It for Dad Challenge on June 4th.

For this card I used the new digital set Baseball Vignette. I've really been wanting the clear baseball set PP offers so until I get it this digital set is the perfect thing to have! I printed the image out, cut out the panel with a die cut, colored it, added the polka dot DSP on the bottom half and then added the banner and sentiment off to the middle right. This card would have been perfect for Father's Day but I'm going to make it a birthday card instead!

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. It's funny Lisa, I think we were kicked out of our crafting spaces at the exact same time. I am back -- glad you are too! Isn't it funny how much we "NEED" our spaces??? Love your take on the sketch -- perfect for your dad creation! Of course, I love pretty much everything you do, so there's that!
