Framed Fathers Day

I played along with the current Power Poppy challenge again, which was to incorporate a frame on your project. For this card I used the Leaping Trout image, it's one of my favorite ones! Hubby was out on the lake about 2 weeks ago as soon as the ice went out but the trout were elusive and he came home empty handed. I'm hoping he has better luck this weekend!

To create the frame I took 2 oval dies, set one inside the other and then ran it through the Cuttlebug. Nice and easy way to get a quick frame! I also used the silver gelly roll pen again to create the iridescent look along the side of the fish.

    Awesome Fathers day card, he will love it. I know the fishers in my family would love it. Great coloring and I like the scrip and clean feeling all around. Thanks for playing in our Power and Spark challenge this month.
