Great Dad for Sunday Stamps

This week at Sunday Stamps it's a color challenge and I went with a neutral card for dad that could be used for a birthday or Father's Day.

The colors are based on the SU colors Vanilla, Island Indigo, Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie and Daffodil Delight. You can use any brand however, as long as your colors are close!

For a starting point I used a recent sketch from Paper Players and made my superhero dad from SugarPea Designs the focal point. The circle behind him is embossed with the Houndstooth TIEF and the smaller circle is Crushed Curry with some sponging done around the edges. The banner was cut from some retired Pumpkin Pie DSP.

Head on over to the Sunday Stamps blog to see what the rest of the DT came up with and then play along with us!

Stamps: My Hero (SugarPea Designs)
Paper: Island Indigo, Crushed Curry, Very Vanilla, Modern Medley DSP (retired), Pumpkin Pie DSP (retired)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Island Indigo, Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie
Various Copics
Accessories: Big Shot, SU Banner Framelits, SU Circle Framelits, 1 3/4" Circle Punch, Houndstooth TIEF, sponge, dimensionals
