Vivid Vases for Sunday Stamps

I had some time yesterday to play along with the color challenge over at Sunday Stamps. The colors are green, white, yellow and kraft. I grabbed the set Vivid Vases from the Occasions Mini and paper pieced different shades of green DSP for the vases, Pistachio Pudding and Old Olive. For the flowers I used Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry and So Saffron markers, with Always Artichoke and Old Olive for the leaves.

I kept it simple by popping up the Whisper White image panel on a card base of Crumb Cake and then I used a white gel pen to draw my border. I also used the round corner punch on 2 corners of the image panel and then for the corners of the card base.

Thanks for stopping by!

  5. Love this, Lisa! The paper piecing for the vases is fantastic and I love the doodling around the edge of the card. I have journals for doodling in that I work in almost every day - I never doodle on my cards though….hmmmmmm,….thanks for the inspiration and for playing with us again at Sunday Stamps!
