Ok, enough of my whining, and back to the challenge....for the mashup I want to see stripes on your Christmas project! For my stripes I used DSP that had a nice striped design, and I also used the Cuttlebug Distressed Stripes EF for a background. A nice and simple card!
I'd love to see you all come by The Friday Mashup to check out all the great inspiration from the design team, and also play along with us!
- Create a project for "Christmas / Hanukkah".
- Create a project with "Stripes".
- Or Mash it Up and create a "Christmas / Hanukkah project with Stripes".
Love!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, Lisa! I love how you embossed the two green banners along with the background. I love this look. It has been a wonderful summer here. Sunny and now rain! No complaints here. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI saw that cuttlebug embossing folder not too long ago and was drooling over it! I didn't end up getting it, so I'm happy to see it on your sweet little Christmas card! :) Thanks for the great challenge (and kick in the pants to get started on Christmas card-making!!)
ReplyDeleteThis is so cute and pretty! I love the striped DSPs and the striped texture together! So very lovely!
ReplyDeleteLisa,
ReplyDeleteI love that EF- I have it and use it often but what a great idea to do the banners with it, adds so much to the card. You enabled me to allow myself to get this set...lol.
Lisa,
ReplyDeleteLove this...one of my fave EFs- how awesome to use it for the banners. You may now be called my enabler since I ordered that stamp today...TY!
Love your design and combination of stripes. x
ReplyDeleteFab card Lisa! Love the mix of dsp and embossed stripes! Thanks for the fun challenge this week!
