Time Keeps on Slippin', Slippin', Slippin'....

Into the Friday Mashup.....Okay, I changed the lyrics there a bit but its all good! (any Steve Miller Band fans have that song stuck in their heads now? hehehehe). Today's Friday Mashup is brought to us by Erica and it's all about time, something I think most of us wish we had more of! The second part of the mashup is to use the color black.

Once again my DT members are making me think hard and go outside the box, and that's a good thing! The time part had me stumped and so I dug into my stash and combined a bit of old with some current. I used an old retired set called Party Punch for the clock background, and the sentiment is from a current set called Word Play. I thought the clock image and the sentiment worked well together. I used Whisper White as an accent against the Basic Black and kept everything pretty simple, throwing in some embossing for texture and that's about it. I like the simple elegance of the card.

Make sure you head over to The Friday Mashup blog to see the rest of the DT projects, these ladies are so talented, I love them!
